Terms and conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to workshops, coaching and related services provided by Glaxme Ltd, trading as Glaxme Training, company number 17527408, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us"), to business customers ("you"). They also cover use of glaxmetraining.com.

1. Quotes and bookings

Pricing is provided on application. A quote is valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing, and these terms then form the contract between us.

2. Fees and payment

Fees exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. We invoice 50% on booking and the balance after delivery, payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We may charge interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Cancelling or rescheduling

4. Delivery

For in-person sessions you provide a suitable room and screen. Travel within the M25 is included; elsewhere, reasonable travel and accommodation costs are charged at cost, agreed in advance. Virtual sessions run on a platform we agree with you.

5. Materials and intellectual property

All workshop content, materials and session notes remain our intellectual property. You and your attendees may use them for internal training only, and must not copy, share or resell them. We use an AI note-taking tool to produce session notes and will tell attendees at the start of each session; anyone can ask us to switch it off. You must not record sessions yourself without our written agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We keep confidential any business information you share with us, including customer and pipeline details discussed in 1-2-1 follow-ups and pipeline reviews, and use it only to deliver our services.

7. Outcomes and liability

Our workshops are designed to support stronger customer conversations, pipeline and retention, but results depend on how your team applies the learning and are not guaranteed. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the fees paid for the services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Data protection

We handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

9. Using this website

Content on this website is for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
